The Comenius Project of the European Union has honored the Olive Tree World by publishing Constantine Alexander's articles about olive oil on the Project's web site "I Eat, Therefore I Am." The Food Education section of the site now features several articles written by Constantine who is an Olive Oil Consultant and founder of The Olive Tree World.
