Almond and Honey Zabaglione [Recipes Index] [World of Chefs] Ingredients:
Preparation: Combine and whisk together the egg yolks, honey and Amaretto in the top of a double boiler set over, but which is not touching, simmering water. A glass pyrex dish may be used as a substitute for the top of a double boiler. Whisk for about five minutes or until the ingredients have quadrupled in volume. Remove from the heat, serve over the berries and add the sliced almonds.
