Raspberry Dessert Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 1/4 cup Grand Marnier liqueur

Preparation:

Puree the fresh berries in a food processor fitted with a steel blade. Strain out the seeds. Add the sugar and mix thoroughly until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add the Grand Marnier and mix. Excellent with chocolate truffles.
