Garlic, Thyme and Rosemary Roasted Potatoes [Recipes Index] [World of Chefs] Ingredients:
Preparation: Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic, potatoes, salt and the sprigs of herbs. Cook for approximately 20 minutes and turn the potato mixture often with a wooden spoon, until the potatoes are browned all over and almost done. Reduce the heat to medium, cover the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Uncover and cook for an additional 2 minutes or until soft and tender when pierced with a knife.
