Parsley Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 boiled potato
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • Juice of one lemon

Preparation:

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve the salad in a decorative bowl garnished with tomato slices and parsley leaves.
