Cognac Grapes

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds seedless red and/or green grapes, cleaned, dried and stemless
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons cognac
  • 7 tablespoons honey

Preparation:

Combine the lemon juice, cognac and honey in a glass bowl, and blend thoroughly before adding the grapes. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Mix occasionally while the grapes are marinating. Cognac grapes can be served as an accompaniment to sorbet, French crepes, chicken and fish entrees and many other dishes.
