Avocado Salad with Lemon Basil [Recipes Index] [World of Chefs] Ingredients:
Preparation: Put the diced avocado in a non-metallic bowl and thoroughly but gently toss with the lemon juice. Make sure the avocado is completely coated so the avocado does not discolor. Add the tomato and basil to the bowl, then drizzle the olive oil and toss lightly. Season to taste. Put a layer of ruffles basil on a plate and top with the avocado salad. Sprinkle freshly grated parmesan cheese on top. |
